Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 252hosting.com (the “Platform”), operated by 252 Hosting. By registering an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Platform
252 Hosting is a platform that lets landlords and agents list apartments and houses for sale or rent, and lets tenants and buyers browse those listings and get in touch. 252 Hosting is not a party to any transaction, tenancy, or sale agreement between a landlord, agent, buyer, or tenant, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
2. Agent Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering, and confirm your email address before your account is activated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally authorized to market or manage any property you list.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Listing Content Standards
By submitting a property listing, you represent that:
- You have the right to list and market the property
- All information provided (price, specifications, location, description) is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- All photos are genuine images of the property being listed, and you own or have the right to use them
- The listing does not contain misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful content
4. Review and Approval
All new listings and subsequent edits to published listings are reviewed by our administration team before going live. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit for compliance, or remove any listing at our discretion, including in response to a deletion request or a violation of these Terms. Deletion and edit requests are not guaranteed to be actioned immediately.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, duplicate, or misleading listings
- Use the Platform to collect user data for unrelated marketing purposes
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or approval workflows
- Upload content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or violates applicable law
6. Enquiries and Communication
Enquiries submitted through a property’s contact form are forwarded to the listing agent. 252 Hosting is not responsible for the content of communications between agents and prospective buyers or tenants, or for the outcome of any resulting transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform’s design, branding, and underlying software are the property of 252 Hosting. Agents retain ownership of the listing content and photos they submit, but grant 252 Hosting a license to display that content on the Platform for as long as the listing remains active.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 252 Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on listing information or communications with other users.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
